Ideas:

you can gain valuable space by getting stacked washers/dryers, this way your utility closet can become pretty much just that, a closet, instead of a small room.

And that shower looks wicked small, but that could just be my mind deceiving me, to me shower>tub regardless of any desire

add garage access to the house, it will make life much easier and in case of inclimate weather acts as a buffer zone VS. opening your porch door to come in during the winter or summer months (which would in my mind easily cause uncomfortable drafts flowing into the living room)
