300k is only going to get a apartment turned into a condo here in so cal
san diego is the best place to live IMO because traffic is not that bad here yet!
IMO florida has the same weather without all the bullshit laws

btw, no one on here owns a house in socal. If they do, they are lurkers who never post on han. I am pretty sure I know everyone who lives in socal and posts on han. Townhomes and condos don't count and neither do your parents house.

There's always an accident on the 15 by Escondido, the 94 going into Downtown, and the 5 around Carlsbad.
