btw, no one on here owns a house in socal. If they do, they are lurkers who never post on han. I am pretty sure I know everyone who lives in socal and posts on han. Townhomes and condos don't count and neither do your parents house.
first i dont live in apt i live in a house, second i have family and many close friends in real estate and im up to date with the market. oh btw yes there are people who own a house that are not lurkers to name one there is jay he has a nice big house no not town house or condo a real house.
