Try a circuit training weight lifting workout.

you are doing something wrong, lifting helps in burning fat also.

i'm guessing maybe your muscle growth was outweighing your fat loss therefore you didn't see any weight loss.

Yeah, I was 315 and nobody believed me because it was muscle (some fat lol), but 315 with muscle looks alot different than a 315lb fat ass
