I think it's funny that Jenny Craig and Weight Watchers preach "healthy diets". Not only are they forcing you to eat prepackaged, expensive foods, but they're loaded with sodium and preservatives. That isn't only bad for your heart, it definitely isn't sustainable in the long run.
You don't need a class for this shit. Just find a partner and be dedicated. If you wanna slack one day, your partner should be there to tell you to get the fuck up and go to the gym. It works both ways.

Well as of right now i cut out alot of the "Good" food that my job offers and stick with the salad bar. I JUST started eating broccoli with my salad. I also make sure i power walk on the treadmill for 45 min. M-Th.
