Weight Watchers is bogus IMO....they cater to the more female side to me, like moms and such

You can lose the weight on your own with the right mindset and routine....I would be that you could lose a good 30-40lbs. by July

Weight watchers is a program based on points. They measure your body and give you a points allowance. Using their tools, they put a point amount on everyday food.

Stay within your point limit and you'll lose weight. You can still enjoy your favorite foods, just in moderation.

It's not bogus or caters to women.

He has the motivation, he just chooses not to use it.

I have seen him get in the mood to work out for a couple of months and him love it, but he quits on himself due to many things ranging from video games to girlfriends.

He is the only thing holding him back, and he knows that. Motivation to put in that kind of time has to come from the inside, not from outside sources.
