Since you give us so much info to go on the assumption from your original post which I quoted below leaves us to believe you found a phone and plan on keeping it for your own personal use without an attempt to return it to the owner or to return it to AT&T which will locate the owner.


Now explain how from that post we are supposed to do anything but jump to various conclusions, and if it isn't the case why wouldn't you type out a few more words so that we wouldn't?

cuz i swap whenever i get new phone with tmobile, no issues

I think it's just the iPhone. I swapped sim cards from my razr to the treo and it worked no problem.
