I got a buddy who's staying with me that's being deployed to fallujah on the 11th. FOR A YEAR!

And he's a marine.






But he works with the command unit so he's a bitch.

 

My normal job, now I just have to complete my upgrade skill testing before then, stay fit, and get a living will. Since I'm not at least a Staff Sergeant I will most likely be security augment.

Yeah that was kind of my situation. I was deployed to Kuwait during the fall of the Saddam statue. I was part of a command element so I wasn't in any imminent danger... Until we went on a convoy through Iraq :nervous: There were times I nearly shat myself.
