my god u complain about your own self for not knowing how to read a ups tracking number hmmm boy u are with the wrong cellphone service provider.
sprint is real real good but is not for dumb people or ur typical aol user, I mean cellphone user .
This is my sero plan.

unlimited night/weekend doh
unlmited internet - text/picture/surf the web do whatever u want, I hook my laptop online using my bluetooth treo700wx and be online 24/7 from wherever I don't get a wifi signal. btw u can still receive calls while u are online with ur cell.
long distance free doh
and all the basic crap u get, plus we all know sprint is a top quality network.

now who the hell is going to have a better plan from verizon? verizon is the only company that has such a great network like sprint. att&t is crap I had it and know ppl who have it.
if you are not dumb then u shouldnt be calling sprint for help, is that simple. everything u need is online on the sprint website . and if u ever need to call sprint then use ur head and dont call. sprint is like the ps3. the best damn hardware but management suck.
btw if u call sprint asking for the sero plan, dont expect then to know what u are talking about.
oh did u know that u can get unlimited anytime mins for $120 from sprint? I bet you didn't and neither does a typical sprint employee.

Where on the Sprint site can I add my unlimited text plan? The SERO plan has it, but its not on my contract.

It only shows on the current usage tab. If it doesn't show there.. i think your boned.. I don't think you can get it added anymore.. Took me a while to get it added when they did offer it.
