Seriously.
Is there any sense of any competence at that place.. at all??
It's been nothing but headaches dealing with them so far, and I don't even have the phone or service yet.
They just confirmed shipment and a tracking number on their website for me, but, failed to tell me exactly who's shipping it. I tried entering it on UPS, USPS, and FedEx... and no fugging go.
This SERO thing better be worth it.

Thanks. UPS. Wonder why it says it doesn't exsist though. Maybe it hasn't officially been entered yet? Just a number? Meh. Whatever. I'm over it.
