i have sprint right now too. i hate it. customer service is horrible and i have to call when the bill comes to get credit back. can't wait until the contract ends....

 

Customer service for Sprint blows cockamine dude. I stay as far away from them as possible.

 

There service is terrible and there customer service rivals that of foreign customer service.

call sprint and agrue with them if they mess something up...everytime i call them always give me an additional 10% off after my 22% bestbuy discount...

i called to change my plan from 300 texts (5$ a month)
to unlimited texts (15$) and they lady i delt with added the unlimited texts and the vision package plus kept the 5$mtext package, my bill came out to 160$...i called and bitched for a while and i got them to only charge me for a 40$ plan and then give me an additional 10% off for the troubles.

i think im going to Verizon next.
