if you are not dumb then u shouldnt be calling sprint for help, is that simple. everything u need is online on the sprint website . and if u ever need to call sprint then use ur head and dont call. sprint is like the ps3. the best damn hardware but management suck.

btw if u call sprint asking for the sero plan, dont expect then to know what u are talking about.

oh did u know that u can get unlimited anytime mins for $120 from sprint? I bet you didn't and neither does a typical sprint employee.
