yeah but if it's a call center, it's probably not in California, or maybe not even in the United States for that matter.

No I am in some debate as to whether it is metric or not at this point.

I mean really it is a 350 with two cylinders chopped off it so it should all be the same right?...wrong because apparently it depends on who you ask, the time of day and for some reason the moon in waxing or waning position makes a difference too.

I am gonna punch someone today...I can just feel it coming on.

Actually, they will hire any idiot that breaths. I work at Autozone and you really don't have to know jack shit to be hired. No training anyuting goes along with the job. It's also not worth it to them to pay extra to hire someone who knows anything. They expect the customer to know what they are doing and for us to retrieve the parts.

Besides, there is no way to look up the specs on the transmission bolt and remember, the guy your talking to is some douche getting 8/hr who wears an autozone uniform rather than walmart. So don't expect much out of the autozone/kregan/pepboys crew.

I've wasted a 1/4 tank today just trying to buy 12 bolts. I am not going back to the Napa at all tonight.

I think tomorrow I am going to load the engine into the back of the truck and drive it to the store and test fit every goddamned bolt they have in that store just to be an asshole.
