Actually, they will hire any idiot that breaths. I work at Autozone and you really don't have to know jack shit to be hired. No training anyuting goes along with the job. It's also not worth it to them to pay extra to hire someone who knows anything. They expect the customer to know what they are doing and for us to retrieve the parts.


Besides, there is no way to look up the specs on the transmission bolt and remember, the guy your talking to is some douche getting 8/hr who wears an autozone uniform rather than walmart. So don't expect much out of the autozone/kregan/pepboys crew.
