Besides, there is no way to look up the specs on the transmission bolt and remember, the guy your talking to is some douche getting 8/hr who wears an autozone uniform rather than walmart. So don't expect much out of the autozone/kregan/pepboys crew.
i don't even work on the counter anymore, i'm in corporate and i still go to 2-3 training seminars a month minimum, plus my ase testing, and i do in company training all the time

kinda like the guy at vatozone who told me that a 34mm will work for all axle nuts from 32 to 36mm. i just stared at him and he went back and gave me the right size.

its all good though because i abuse their axle exchange policies.
