Dilemma...
I recently started working out again, I haven't really lost weight because I've been lifting, but I've lost extra fat

The dilemma is, a large is too big...a medium fits, but it's a bit tight for my comfort...
Why can't they make something in the middle? :wtc:

I've been failing. Did a cleanse to get from 202 to 185. Needed to do cardio to get to my 175 goal, but jumped off the wagon ftl

At this point I just want to get where I use to be... at a steady 185 :hs:

A friend of mine used to run marathons. She told me that she tells her mind that she's falling instead of running, so she can keep going. I think I have to start Jedi'ing my brain in ways like this to not :run: from the cardio I know I need.
Yeah. When I was @ 175, I didn't eat red meat, drank 1/5 of the beer I drink now. I felt much better at that weight.

h:When I use to run, it was odd... I could only run about a mile or so on a tread mill, but I can run about 5-7 miles non stop running outside. I think it is mainly because on the tread mill I get bored and I had no final destination, but outside I have a goal I want to reach...

h:Also, my work out lately has consisted of 2 major things Sparring/Jump roping/hitting the bag for a good 1hr and half with 2-3 minute break every 15 minutes for 2 days, then a day of weight lifting, then back to Sparrin/Jump roping/etc...I've just been cycling through it...
I don't want to gain mass and I also don't want to tense up by lifting too much
