A friend of mine used to run marathons. She told me that she tells her mind that she's falling instead of running, so she can keep going. I think I have to start Jedi'ing my brain in ways like this to not :run: from the cardio I know I need.
I know about the Jedi mind tricks h:
When I use to run, it was odd... I could only run about a mile or so on a tread mill, but I can run about 5-7 miles non stop running outside. I think it is mainly because on the tread mill I get bored and I had no final destination, but outside I have a goal I want to reach... Does that make sense?

Also, my work out lately has consisted of 2 major things Sparring/Jump roping/hitting the bag for a good 1hr and half with 2-3 minute break every 15 minutes for 2 days, then a day of weight lifting, then back to Sparrin/Jump roping/etc...I've just been cycling through it...

I don't want to gain mass and I also don't want to tense up by lifting too much h:
