seems like lots of people are on this trend .. and myself I plan to start once I get paid. I notice as I age and work in an environment where the tantilizing smells of fast food eminate from everywhere I've gotten bigger around the waist and I don't like the feeling!

around 217 right now. I fit into a size 34 waist now (down from a tight 38)...and I have to repurchase all my Polo shirts again in Medium because Large is too big. Plus I have no summer clothes that fit, so I have to go on a serious shopping spree.

Weight doesn't say much, though...I'm just naturally heavy, plus I have a pretty good bit of muscle.
