Yeah. When I was @ 175, I didn't eat red meat, drank 1/5 of the beer I drink now. I felt much better at that weight.
A friend of mine used to run marathons. She told me that she tells her mind that she's falling instead of running, so she can keep going. I think I have to start Jedi'ing my brain in ways like this to not :run: from the cardio I know I need.
