i'm getting fat yo...
what do you mean you want your arms/upper body to gain weight so you can start to work out? you have to workout to gain weight in specific areas. it's not like you can gain fat and then turn it into muscle.

When you eat a lot, the first place fat goes (in most guys) is the stomach. For girls, its a little different...stomach but also boobs - so its better for us, we just have to do crunches. Although, I have proved that theory wrong

isn't it easier to develop muscle if u have some fats to work off? :thinking: tht's what i meant by wanting to gain more weight/fats in the upper body and arms... i don't wanna tone my muscles.... i want to actually develop new muscles (if possible

its just a bunch of useless, stored up energy. building muscle helps burn all that store up junk. so being fat doesnt help you build muscle at all

nope, having fat in your arms is going to do nothing in helping you develop muscle in your arms. if anything it's going to work against you, because your body is using energy to burn fat instead of facilitating muscle synthesis.
h:when i mean tone, i meant skinny arms but toned muscles despite skinny arms
i want bigger arms first
