When you eat a lot, the first place fat goes (in most guys) is the stomach. For girls, its a little different...stomach but also boobs - so its better for us, we just have to do crunches. Although, I have proved that theory wrong
ECA stack is 1:10:15 of ephedrine:caffine:aspirin, if you just google it, there's tons of info out there about it. And crunches for men or women, will do almost nothing to burn stomach fat, other than the cario involved in doing it.

nope, having fat in your arms is going to do nothing in helping you develop muscle in your arms. if anything it's going to work against you, because your body is using energy to burn fat instead of facilitating muscle synthesis.
