i had to goto the dmv today to change the address on my driver's license. did it online & then was told i still had to have a new one made. spent 2 hours in one of dante's levels of hell. when i left, i told the girl that it was no wonder why people sit on high places & shoot or have the urge to blow up government buildings

I make it a point to drive 20-30 minutes away to Williamsburg's DMV just because their average wait time is 8 minues.

There are so many more close by but you'll spend at least 2+ hours there easily.

michigan is the same way

half the time we just swap the plate with valid tags around on all the trailers....noone ever says a word

i did that yesterday, the stupid dealer never requsted new plates for me. i was supose to pay $17 bucks for filing fees and new plates but i requested that my handy cap placard be on the plate so it was free im still going to the dealer to bitch at those assholes! they offered me a tank of gas and i will get it! oh and i was there for like 30 mins

its best if u go like a few mins before they close at 5 and you will be out in no time
