No, but I had an ulnar neuropathy of my left elbow that put me out for 6 weeks. Basically my "funny bone" never swelled up and I stretched it, resulting in a major amount of pain and 10 months of annoyance. Still bugs me from time to time.

yea I did it about 4 years ago and climbed up in strength pretty quickly. I do the standard 3 set with 8-10 reps now. I think I may start raising the weight though and maybe go with the 5 and 5 again or something of that nature to stimulate growth

I've been doing a consistant workout of doing 30min of cardio with varying machines, then lifting and concentrating on one muscle group. I'll do high reps, 3 sets of 15, and I'll do about 3-4 different excercises for each muscle group. Its been working for me, I'm in pretty good shape and I've got some pretty decent tone.

i havent done wt lifting in a while ive been kickboxing instead. try to exercise before u eat breakfast in the morning. that will get the fat off pretty fast. u r burning the fat in your blood vs muscle sugar. this will work pretty quickly. the kickboxing has maintained my muscle tone.
