wake up - protein shake
breakfast - eggs & turkey bacon
snack - something lean
lunch - chicken, fish, turkey, eggs, etc. something lean.
snack - repeat above
dinner - repeat lunch
i also have a protein shake an hour before workout and immediately after
breakfast - eggs & turkey bacon

before i was just taking mega men vitamins, 1000mg vitamin c and sometimes fish oil tabs & green tea extract tabs.
a month ago i added an EC stack but that doesn't seem to be helping much.
a few days ago is started taking tribulus and 25mg dhea. supposedly its supposed to naturally boost testosterone. the trainer recommended it to me.
