Yeah.. I had to cross no matter what. The next one will be tons better. I didn't carry any salt tabs and with the extra heat, I was losing salt/sweat like crazy. THere were people heat stroking all over the place.
Started to cramp up at like 10 miles and it was down hill from there. oh well. You pick you battles and this time I lost, but vengence will be mine. That's why I'm still running and am gonna keep at it for a while. I'm signed up for the Ensenada (mexico) 50 mile bike ride in september and I'm doing the triple crown (3 half marathons in a row) next year.
