ive had my dell xps notebook for a year now. with no problems, only thing i didnt like about dell is that they had put in a partition so i had to reformat my laptop when i got it. other wise then that there customer service has been great and so has my xps.

i have partition magic which dose the same thing. but i didnt want to go that route, i wanted it to be my laptop from start to end. so i formatted it.

I own a Dell. I think it was $1200. Performance aside, the Dell is built like crap while a MacBook is built more nicely. The Apple just feels more solid.
