Good luck with that. In all seriousness.
Just don't be a douche like my cousin. He knocked up a 16 year old and ditched all his friends. We [I] wouldn't have cared, but he has yet to tell me he had a kid (or that she is/was pregnant).
She has no education, my cousin (21) joined the coast guard (no education) and lives in Miami, she lives at home with her parents in Maryland. Oh, ya. They are married, too.
Anyways, my advice, stay in school, tell you family in friends.

I was in the same shoes as you, about a year ago. Same age and similar circumstances. No conversation or advice can prepare you for the road ahead. This will make you more of a man, you will grow up almost overnight. Just keep your top priority, finish school by any means necessary. With a degree you will make enough money to care for your child, and still live the life you want.
Start stocking up on diapers, toys, and other necessity's as soon as possible! My gf and I had a case of every size diapers, and wipes before my daughter was even born.
It's not the end of the world, you can do this.

Thanks for all your advice you guys. Hopefully she gets the transfer to Albany so that everything will be a bit easier. I guess I just gotta take life one day at a time now till it happens... By the way, anyone looking to buy an 05' Yamaha R6?
Congrats on the baby
I have a few friends who had kids while in college/grad school, and they all made it through. A few things they did:
- As much as you want to be independent, your life will be a lot easier if you ask your parents and her parents for help
- Ask the college if they have any financial assistance since you will have a dependent.
- Get as much school in as possible before birth. The semester your gf has the baby, cut back. The first 6 mos seem to be the most hellish, as baby needs constant attention, which will cut into sleep time, which will cut into your ability to go to school.
