So I'm going to be a dad...
This semester I am taking 16.

This is just me speaking and this is just my 2 cents.
Congrats on uhhh yea, having a kid. I honestly right now would work towards my Associates. Then when the time is right, go and get your bachelors. Your a man that is determined as you are already in your 2nd time at school from what i'm seeing.
Depending on your field you can make good money with just associates. You're not putting college on hold with nothing to show, as you would have something to show. I know everyone is saying keep going to school, but i mean come on, let's be real. It's going to be EXTREMELY hard working, going to school full force and taking care of a baby. What use are you burnt out?
This is just my perception.

Well... Both of us are currently in debt. Her mom will probably help her a bit with her finances and my family will probably help a bit with mine. However, I am trying my best to break away from reliance on my family. Ever since I got out of the corps they have been spoiling me. I am trying to become independent. This situation makes that really tough.

Thats what Grandparents are for lol
But you have to make something good out of a wrongly timed predicament
Pete, please dont take what I said in the wrong way. Im just making sure that shits yours...again, not assuming anything either. But you gotta do what you gotta do. Have you even "tried" to ask her if "its yours"? Im sure thats a hard thing to do, even when you said yourself that your not 100% certain. But youre a class act so you'll do the right thing.

I agree with the finishing up school with an agressive approach. Honestly, babies aren't as expensive as everyone makes it out be. Chances are you'll get almost everything you could possibly need (and stuff you won't need) from a baby shower. Encourage her to breast feed. It's free and it's the healthiest thing for the child. The priciest thing you'll have to worry about are diapers, maybe $20 a week or so.
