wokrout crew: any new updates?
Last night I was finally able to squat my weight! 
Well...sort of. I gained 5 lbs. I squatted 185 last night, but I weight 190 now
Dammit!
So I guess it's 2/3 for the big three that I can lift my weight (bench and squat). My max deadlift is at 180 now so give it a couple weeks and I'll get there.

cut down 5lbs last week though a rough workout schedule + diet ... proceeded to get re-fat over the weekend though. :madr:
* i tend to work my way up to my max ... I'm not just pushing heavy and quitting *
Got my standard benchpress to 270lbs (3 plates, 1 set of 6 reps) ... stuck on 360 (4 plates, 1 set of 4 reps) on the declines.

h: I hurt my left rotator cuff golfing so I've been working light.. repping 225-270.
I'm back to running and ran 19 miles last week.
Still heavy 'cause booze is my best friend.
