cut down 5lbs last week though a rough workout schedule + diet ... proceeded to get re-fat over the weekend though. :madr:

Got my standard benchpress to 270lbs (3 plates, 1 set of 6 reps) ... stuck on 360 (4 plates, 1 set of 4 reps) on the declines.
