Do you go regularly? I haven't been going for the last 1.5 years..while LS kicked my butt. Time to go again.

I hate the cardio at the gym though...looking for something else.

It all depends on my workload. The last 4 weeks have been busy. I billed on avg 70 hrs/ week.

I try to get a quick blast during lunch at the 24hr in Horton. If I don't lift, I run along the embarcadero from my bldg to shelter island and back.. just about 5 miles.

Jay,

I wanted to be a member at Horton, but wasn't sure about parking. I am off 16/broadway area.

I have a hard time finding a running partner, and you are way better shape than me..if you are running 5 miles.

I wish I could get away with billing 70 hours only What field are you in?

if you bill more than 70 hrs a week, you're a maniac. avg req. billable for paralegals is 1440.

Associates 1800

Partners 2000

I'm in the lit and employment/labor groups.

I run far, but slow. Plus I'm right next to the water on the west end. right off of columbia and state.

Man I didn't know that! I paid a full year at BOdyworks...because I didn't want the recurring bill..i wonder if they will refund?

diff firms have different rules for sure.

seems need to bill 250/month around here to break even...seeing 350+ is common place.

then again we just took the ethics class...

Dood. Thats like 3-4000 hours a year.. Thats rediculous. I've worked for 3 LARGE scale firms and their requirements are no where near that.

What specialty are you in?

On a serious note, why the fuck doesn't 24 hr get some regular round plates so I can drop the bar when doing cleans??

Fucking sissy gym.

The 24 hr in Hawaii had some serious old school iron. Whenever I work out there, I get that tough guy vibe. You lift harder and heavier.
HAHAHA the octagon plates??

dude the golds i go to has barbed wire fences INSIDE, with posters of arnold, tom platz, and samir on the walls
