Also bert..have you checked to make sure there are no jobs wanting to be printed as well...i dont know if anyone has mentioned that yet?

This is odd...I went to the garage to work out, and then ate dinner after that...came back up, and somehow the CD decided to work and prompt for install.

heh if you still haven't gotten it to work.
Go into the hardware manager in Safe mode and remove any printers
Remove any printers from the Printer area
Remove any of the Printe Software
Registry might be hiding something too fyi
