I'm taking a 3 credit fitness class this semester at my college. 2 days of cardio and two days of strength training each week. Today is our first weight workout.... I haven't lifted in 3 years so this is gonna hurt...

Ya, I know correct form, I just have to get used to it again. I took weight training my entire senior year of high school and thankfully, my coach there knew what he was doing. At the time i was 133lbs and could deadlift 350lbs, squat 255, leg press 430 and bench 155. Happily my body responds really well to working out. I don't get big, but i tone and get strong really quick. Just gotta make sure I keep eating right. I'll def post here as part of the workout crew now

I'm 5'9" and about 160lbs now and in my 4th year of college. I've had a rough educational path since high school so I'll be getting my AA in a little over a year and then my BA about a year or two after that probably.
