That's if you refuse the one at the sheriffs office. If i would've refused that, i would have automatically lost my license. You don't have to do any of the field sobriety test's. They are designed for you to flunk. They will say you flunked it, even if you did'nt. If they start giving you field sobriety tests, he or she pretty much has already decided to arrest you.

ive been asked to take the test twice before, and i passed. they let me go. stop assuming and making an ass out of yourself, idiot.
