why did you refuse the breathalizer if you weren't drunk

 

I've had a few, but not over the limit, according to the intoxiliyzer 5000 at the sheriff's office.. He just pulled out behind me from a side road, so he only saw me drive about 100 feet before he pulled me over.

Having a few and being under the limit doesn't always mean you're still legal to drive h:

 

OMG, in NY if you don't consent to a breathalizer than it's an automatic DWI.

 

That's if you refuse the one at the sheriffs office. If i would've refused that, i would have automatically lost my license. You don't have to do any of the field sobriety test's. They are designed for you to flunk. They will say you flunked it, even if you did'nt. If they start giving you field sobriety tests, he or she pretty much has already decided to arrest you.
