Can you fight this in court if he did'nt test the contents for alcohol? Has anybody ever had one of these tickets, and did it make your car insurance go up?

 

You can fight anything, yes your insurance will go up

 

was there alcohol in it? if there was, stop being a baby and trying to get out of a ticket you deserve....now is as good a time as any to grow up...

if there wasn't alcohol in it then you should have let the cop know right then and there because I doubt you will get out of it. But obviously try to fight it as best you can.

 

Was it in a cup or something?

 

No. It was a Miller Lite can.

 

It's kind of hard to argue with the cop when your cuffed in the back of his car and he's searching your car.

 

What were you doing cuffed in the first place

 

I guess he arrested me for suspicion of dui becasue i told him i was'nt going to blow in his little breath thing. And don't ask me why he thought i was drinking when i got pulled over for my tinted windows. He obviously thought i was a drug dealer or something, because my carpet was ripped up when i got the car back.

 

your an idoit for having an open beer can in a car. regardless if it had beer in it or not.

 

Had you been drinking? Was it on your breath? Maybe he saw you driving erratically and pulled you over for that.
