Just made a homemade salsa...
Its chilling right now... but I had a taste. Its pretty good, perfect spice level.
I threw in 2 Japs, 2 Habaneros and 1 Whole Serrano. Tomatillios, bit of lemon, oil, salt and cilantro. Its a green salsa.
The good part is after you strain it you get the clearish liquid... great as a hot sauce too!

You heard of Xnipec? I think its a traditional tomatoe and habanero salsa... I am going to try that next. Also I have a recipie for a Habanero, Tomatillo and Orange salsa

Throw some tips my way, as this is my first one and I am sure I could do something to make it better.
