depression..
i dont know if it's "depression" per se but i do have this feeling that my life is stagnant and a fear that i can't achieve success....
i do believe they refer to that as "quarter life crisis"
but yeah puffy, my mom had a good friend who had post partem depression and from what i saw, it wasnt a pretty sight. the best thing you can do is just stick with her and give her as much support as possible. she will get through it. therapy and meds wouldnt hurt either but certainly not required.

Usually I bottle everything up for at least several months. Honestly, I know if I shared what I felt more often I wouldn't have this baggage dragging behind me. But when I do reach the breaching point, watch out.

Also, by cleaning, if you come home with the same amount of depression, just looking at how clean everything is can make you feel better.
Just my take on it all. :hs: Perception is pretty much all we have
h: But the best thing I can say that I ever did, was to talk to a Therapist. The cleaning was allowing myself time to accept what we talked about.

So what did Eli Lily do? They reused the older antidepressant control group and put them on Prozac. Sadly this happens very often. I've come across it a lot. You can find research regarding VIOXX and blood clotting wayyyyyyyyy back 10 years ago. I don't really blame doctors, because if they don't prescribe something then the patient may think "Oh, he is incompetant and doesn't see anything wrong," so maybe essentially giving somebody a pill that is ineffective may not be a terrible thing.
