have you ever had it? If so, why and how did you get over it?

my wife is going through it right now after the baby. it sucks

Yeah....I forgot what its called after the baby but its something serious, she should go see a doctor

yes I've had depression.(not post pardem obviously) It's different for everyone. Take her to a counselor for help. IMO you should avoid anti-depressant meds, it won't fix the problem just make her feel better about it. depression is something you can only learn to deal with through good counseling.

I had it, prescription drugs and therapist helped cure it.

I have it....Zoloft and Xbox360 is helping me deal with it
I got it after i watched the system take my brother away from me and the judge not allowing him to say goodbye to his family

zoloft didn't do shit for me, paxil seemed to help until I went off it. then I started waking up in the middle of the night thinking someone was in my room. That's why I'm not so into the drug idea. Anime helped me not take life so seriously.
