What I did before I went to my first ever "real job" interview I did some research on their website, found stuff that I was interested in and asked questions about it. I feel personality is key in an interview.
Don't know about most people, but I find it better to screw 'thinking of lines to say' and roll with the punches. Key is to be honest, thus eliminating any chance of screwing yourself in a web of lies.
