That's what I was going to say. I think a lot of the people hiring are looking for people they need to supervise less. Don't be afraid to interview THEM too.

The Spiderman answers was REALLY good. Especially not knowing it was coming.

The job needs to behoove YOU too.

just have confidence. the more you think about it. the more you are prone too mess it up. be relaxed but not cocky.

What I did before I went to my first ever "real job" interview I did some research on their website, found stuff that I was interested in and asked questions about it. I feel personality is key in an interview.

Don't know about most people, but I find it better to screw 'thinking of lines to say' and roll with the punches. Key is to be honest, thus eliminating any chance of screwing yourself in a web of lies.

Worked for me.

Exactly. I've seen people miss the job because they're already nervous on the interview and trip up on their lies.

oddly enough a majority of my bosses told me afterwards that one reason I got hired was because i was smiling yet professional during the interview h:

Totally agree with this. The current job that I am at I went into the interview complete myself, I was unfortunately put in a comfy chair the spins and leans back and forth, so I was spinning, rocking back and forth and answering their questions. I had a blast and am now working with a level 1 opera company.
