Remember, the interview process is for your benefit too..........ask them questions (whatever comes to mind), you want to make sure that they are an organization that you want/can see yourself working for. As was said above, be yourself........you don't want to get a job under false pretenses and realize a week into it that it won't work (for you, or for them).
That's what I was going to say. I think a lot of the people hiring are looking for people they need to supervise less. Don't be afraid to interview THEM too.
The Spiderman answers was REALLY good. Especially not knowing it was coming.
The job needs to behoove YOU too.
