One more thing, if the interview goes well, you may want to interject a few "we"s, "us"s and such. Shows that you feel comfortable and have a lot of interest in the company. That was an old rush technique from college, and it is pretty dead on.

if its a gas, they will have you out in no time...

usually a decision is made in the first 10 minutes or less... at least if you're potential or not an option. so if you clear 15-20 minutes and its still moving along well.... your chances are good

Hmmm interesting....never knew that....

Getting kinda nervous...i leave for my interview in 1 hour 26 minutes. It's an hour away. I got my suit and tie on. Got my folder with questions and 5 copies of my resume with referrences...and just been reading up all day

I have had long and short interviews, all with different results. The best way to tell is eye contact and facial expression. Don't just look at them, observe how they are acting, etc. Basically, the same things you do when you are bored/uninterested, they will do as well.

just reading that post make me nervous... I know sonner or later i will need to find an other job. i hope it's later then they are laying of so many peeps here.
