Agreed with the note taking and walking in with questions. Also, ask the interviewer why they chose to work for that company. Maybe they have some good reason to work there or some funny story to tell you. Then you maybe able to pick up on that and relate. Make yourself look like your one of them...basically become friends with them. They will remember you and will like you more. Remember, they want to know how you will fit in their company "culture."
That's one of the questions i have. I have 10 questions to ask.
One more thing, if the interview goes well, you may want to interject a few "we"s, "us"s and such. Shows that you feel comfortable and have a lot of interest in the company. That was an old rush technique from college, and it is pretty dead on.

usually a decision is made in the first 10 minutes or less... at least if you're potential or not an option. so if you clear 15-20 minutes and its still moving along well.... your chances are good

Hmmm interesting....never knew that....
Getting kinda nervous...i leave for my interview in 1 hour 26 minutes. It's an hour away. I got my suit and tie on. Got my folder with questions and 5 copies of my resume with referrences...and just been reading up all day

just reading that post make me nervous... I know sonner or later i will need to find an other job. i hope it's later then
