Default Workout crew: lower back work

I'm back in the gym doing cardio primarily, but I'd also like to do core work and lower back. I lift a lot of heavy stuff in my day to day work ranging from 30-50lbs between 50-200+ times daily. I'd like to do some excercises to help strengthen my lower back. What do you reccommend?

Hyperextensions > *

Deadlifts and stiff leg deadlifts will also work the lower back...but hyperextensions are the best.

Deadlifts then hyperextensions. You'll feel it in the morning.

It's a workout apparatus where you lock your calves underneath leg pads, and there is a hip pad to rest your hips on. Then you grab a weight and hold it to your chest....lower your head down and relax, then raise up until your back is straight.

beverage industry, I deliver Snapple and also merchandise the product meaning pulling pallets and building displays. Pallets weigh from 2268-2646lbs and the stores won't let you use power jacks...I get thorough leg work outs from work aloneh: A 24pack of snapple weighs 42lbs and is my main load daily.

yeah do those hyperextensions. when you can do enough reps/sets, start to hold plates across your chest, like 25/35/45lbs. i still cant do more than use a 35 h:
