I have that particular machine...it's very easy...and it doubles as a dip machine.

a lot of people dont realize how important deadlifts are. they're not just for powerlifters. besides working out your lower back, it's a compound exercise that works your legs, joints, and shoulders. and because it's working large muscle groups, it promotes more testerone production (like squats).

True story...deadlifts rock. I incorporate them into my workouts along with the hyperextensions.
