workout crew status
how is everyone doing? losing or gaining?
I've been maintaining my weight right around 224-226. I've been doing cardio 4-5 times a week, and doing light lifting to tone. I've definately been getting more toned, while maintaining my same weight.

Well i started at the gym this Monday, I went Mon, Tues, Thurs. and i will be going tonite when i get off work. I was sore but now its wearing off. Last nite i benched 225 twice, so i think ill be benching 275 by my birthday. I hit up the elliptical and bike for 20mins each every time i go, i havent really noticed any change yet but hopefully within a couple of weeks ill shed some poundage.

I use the machines where I can load free weights onto them. I never have a spotter, so I'd kill myself going for max lifts.
