Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, On that sight you have to enter in all the info your self and the computer figures it out for you, every day you have to enter what you have eaten and it makes a graph showing what portion of the food is what and what exercise you must do to work off what you ate.

:werd: I lost 10 lbs. in 2 weeks when I had the flu. Easiest diet ever. Took no willpower on my part to follow through.

Yeah I have plateaued at about 215 lbs (down from 240). I think that my biggest issue is carbs at dinner. Dinner consists of some sort of meat (usually lean turkey, chicken or sometimes beef), green vegetable (salad, asparagas, etc) and a carb (pasta, rice, potatoes) but I may need to cut the carbs down. The day I am pretty solid.

Mornings are a protein shake (1 scoop of Optimum Nutrition protein powder, soy milk, banana and natural peanut butter). I think the total shake is about 300 calories or so and it keeps me going for most of the day before lunch.

My lunches are a yogurt, sandwich on multigrain bread, apple and baby carrots. I think I need a few more little snack meals as well; one before lunch and one before I work out.

I snack at night (around 8:30/9:00) and those are usually two sourdough pretzels. I think that my diet is fairly good although I am sure I could use an improvement. I am at the gym 4 days a week normally doing some sort of lifting using the machines/cable machines and then 20 minutes of cardio following.

Any suggestions?

215 pounds isn't bad at all Dweezel. I'd just work on toning now if you want to go further.

That is a good point. I have been working on muscle mass for the past 3.5 months, I am guessing that maybe I should just cut what I have and see where I am at. My biggest issue is my gut (I know, i need to do more abs work) but the rest of my upper torso is okay. My legs are pretty well defined from biking over the summer (inital way I was losing weight) and the cardio.

I guess I am concerned about my weight because I am only 5'8/5'9 and I feel I am still too heavy. I guess with toned muscle it wont be as bad as I think.
