All the ones I've worked on had it...but come to think of it, they were all obd1.

Ya, I have a helms from 1994 thats shows a bleed screw for both LS and GSR models. I also have a helms for 1998+ that does not picture or even mention a bleed screw for the LS or GSR. Go figure.

right.. i believe 96+ do not have the bleeder valve.. you just run the engine til warm, and after the fans come on, top off the radiator. something like that.

my original rad. lasted until somewhere in the 150s, i think. i just bought a cheapo OEM replacement.

I didn't mention that my car had been in a front-end collision before, and the radiator wasn't changed then...don't know how much life that took off my radiator.

So...pretty much, I just have to run the engine with the radiator cap off, then top it off after the fan comes on twice? sounds good.
