doesnt really make a difference for me :dunno:

i have nvidia in the pc and ati in the laptop

i've always gone with nvidia, but i think my next one is gonna be ATi.

The work that I've done on some peoples computers, ATI seems to always be flakey. Mostly it seems to still be bad drivers. :dunno: Current driver will stop the screen from flickering but leaves out 32 or 24 bit color. Driver revision back one, has the 32 bit color and it works fine, but flickers no matter what you do to the settings.

Nvidia... works and works well.

Just my personal experiances. I currently use Matrox in most of my systems, if I ever upgrade though, it'll be to Pci Express... which matrox's cards are just outrageously priced, so I'll go with an Nvidia something. Probably in the 6600 area.
