So I woke up this morning at about 9:30 am to 3 bowls of cereal. A little before 12 I had a assload of spaghetti and meatballs, and at 2 I ate almost 2 lbs of lasagna. I don't want to eat anything for like 3 days. Ugh, hopefully I start getting used to this, should be a fun workout tonight h:

Eat smaller meals, but more of them. You don't have to have a 3 course meal 6 times a day to get big.

yeah..I prob should have mentioned that. I would eat a lite breakfast with protein shake in the morning and go to school for my morning workout (cardio) then around 10 eat something small...then around 12-1 eat something...etc

that's only if you're trying to stay trim man. if this guy is 3% bodyfat, he needs to pile on the calories, and especially in the morning. the only meal that you shouldn't have full of calories is the one before you go to sleep. but the key to massive gains is eating, eating, eating. sure, you'll put on some fat, and you can work to cut that down on your trim cycle, but you'll put on mass twice as fast if you eat hard than if you try to stay lean while gaining muscle.

I wasnt suggesting he eat a lite breakfast, I was stating I would eat a light breakfast because I had to go to school and run 5 miles before school, so I couldnt do it on a heavy stomach from my personal experience....my other 5 daily meals were high cal, high carb.
