Who the hell wants to ride around on 15's, even if it makes their already-slow vehicle 0.001 of a second less-slow.

17+ is JUST for looks and cut performance...

Unless you are doing road course 17 and up is just for looks, but when you get into road course many guys are running 19s as standard size rims.
